How do I order?
- Click on your desired product from our SHOP page.
- Select a size and quantity and ADD TO CART.
- To view your cart, click the CART button on the top, right-hand side of your screen.
- If you are happy with the contents of your cart, proceed to click the CHECKOUT button.
- Fill out all the required information about your purchase and continue by clicking PLACE ORDER.
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, please check your spam folder. If you are paying via EFT, don’t forget to send proof of payment so that your order can be processed.
Where is my Invoice?
Should you need an invoice, go to the My Account page which can be accessed by clicking on the ‘person icon’ on the top right hand corner of your screen.
From your account dashboard, click on ORDERS.
You will see a list of your orders with Coochy-Coo & have the option to view or download your invoice.
*Please note that in order to obtain an invoice you will need to have an account with us*
How do I return or exchange?
No Returns will be accepted. As each pair of shoes and every furniture piece is custom & handmade, we do not offers refunds or returns. Special exceptions are made in certain situations when authorised by Management.
Will my personal information be kept private?
Yes. Your personal information is kept confidential and is only used for the processing of your order & customer support.
Orders of Size 6,7 & 8 shoes?
These sizes are made to your specifications and are therefore not exchangeable or refundable.
Can I customise the colours for orders?
Our Shoes displayed on the Online Shop are the shoe colours we currently sell, however, if there is anything specific you require it can be made at an extra cost

Custom Furniture colors are also available should we have the color you request and will match as close to as possible, however not refundable or exchangable.
How do items get delivered?
We use a reputable Courier Company for all our orders. They are safe and quick and courier charges are applied according to your area. For Furniture, we use a trusted delivery service that will do installations as well.
How will I know that my order has been received?
On successful completion of your checkout you will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder too). Once your order is approved you must ensure we receive confirmation of payment at your earliest convenience. Coochy-Coo won’t be held responsible for delays if we have not received your payment confirmation. If you have chosen the ‘Payfast’ option your order will be processed. The confirmation email is automated which you and Coochy-Coo will receive once your order has been successfully completed, please check your spam folder.
Can I order via telephone or E-mail?
All orders that aren’t placed online can be done directly by mail. You will then get a response and an invoice confirming your order. Once payment has been made, we will proceed with it. No telephonic orders will be accepted.
How do I clean my Coochy-coo shoes?
Spot clean with a damp cloth or wet wipe.
If washing is needed – hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. (Do not use bleach, ammonia or solvent based products) Shape correctly and dry in the shade. They may be stiff initially after washing but should soften with wear.
For worst possible results: Drag through a puddle behind a car and blow dry on roof rack…
Can shoes be customised if a little one's feet are narrow or wide?
YES, a Special request for this must be entered under the notes section before check out and we will contact you
Please note that any customised shoes will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Can the elastic be made looser if it might be too tight?
A special request should be entered under the “Notes” section on checkout and we will cut the elastic length according to your request.

How do I measure my little one's feet?
STAND your little one on a blank piece of paper and trace around the edge of his/her foot. Then measure from the big toe to heel.
ADD 7.5mm for growth and socks.
If you are worried that his/her bridge will be too high, measure (with him/her standing) from the floor on the outside of his foot, over the highest part of his bridge to the floor on the inside of his foot and add those measurements to the customer comments box.
How long do deliveries take?
Delivery is 7-14days depending on how busy the factory is. Custom order may take a little longer, so to be on the safe side, custom orders take 14-21weeks depending.
Can I get wholesale prices?
Yes, you can. Minimum order of 20 pairs for shoes for Wholesale prices to apply. Furniture such as toys, tables and chairs we can give you a discount if you order 10 or more of each. Please get in touch for pricing.
